_The Challenge
Constellar is a new residential development located 4 minutes from Byford, in Perth’s up and coming South East region. After partnering with Inkling (our sister brand strategy agency) to develop Constellar’s unique brand identity, Richard Noble & Company and Gold Estates turned to Inkjam to create a strong digital presence ahead of the Stage 1 Land Release. The goal: build anticipation and inspire genuine demand among prospective buyers.
_Our Approach
Reaching the right audience starts with understanding what is most important to them. Inkjam developed detailed buyer personas, using psychographic insights and correlated life events to uncover the aspirations and pain points shaping purchase decisions. We harnessed these insights to hyper-target specific buyer segments through tailored sales, brand and lifestyle Meta Ad campaign messages.
To strengthen trust and reduce perceived risk, Inkjam designed a customer-first website experience, featuring our innovative ‘About You’ menu structure that speaks directly to different buyer types. Complementing this, organic social content enriched potential buyers’ understanding of the area—sharing local insights, useful tips, and community highlights that made Constellar feel like home before the first visit.
