_The Challenge
As one of Perth’s long established Disability Service Providers, Rocky Bay has an 80+year track record supporting people living with disability to discover their abilities. Yet, with new NDIS providers entering the market and changing customer preferences, Rocky Bay realised it was time to modernise. Tasked to re-energise how the organisation presented itself to market, Inkjam Digital was chosen because our customer-focussed mindset delivers more appealing brands and digital marketing that outstrips industry competition. Our key communication challenge was to understand and align with what customers want, and the language of the NDIS (which customer often found complex and not easily understood).
_Our Approach
Partnering with our Brand Strategy agency, Inkjam Digital guided key Rocky Bay team members through a discovery process understanding the organisations defining customer facing principles. Upon completing brand and reputation work, attention turned to the design and build of a new 150+ page WordPress website. This involved a complete organisation pivot, moving from a Product Focussed way of presenting their services - to a Customer-led mindset. Copywriting became the key tool used to show customers how Rocky Bay are a better fit to meet their needs by creating a Brand Story and not simply Webcopy.
